Sovereign Landing refund policy

In short: If you feel you should be refunded, in part or in full, we will do so.

We will accept your refund request if you (not us) feel that the value we provided was not up to what was promised.

This is a “no questions asked” policy in the sense that we don’t make absolute demands that you provide feedback in these cases. We do ask questions though, because if our service is anything less than great, we do need to hear your side to prevent similar cases in the future. We take quality very seriously all throughout the process, and your experience is our main guide.

Our approach to service quality

Reality is often messy, and it is our job to clean that mess. In order to do this, we describe our services very carefully to not overpromise or oversell you on anything. What we say we do, we actually do – and we check our capability to do so specifically on each case before we take you on as a client.

That’s why our services are limited and not quaranteed to be always available for new customers – this is a custom service crafted to your needs specifically. While we try to do this as efficiently and in a generically applicable way, we are not like the common daily rental platforms where just anyone can sign up to provide the service. We prioritize quality over quickest possible growth

The bottom line

If you feel that we haven’t lived up to our quality promises, you won’t have to fight to get your money back. We will refund you even if you don’t wish to provide us with any feedback – and we will do so regardless of the content of your feedback.
